SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH USE OF
HOMETOWN INTERNET BANKING
United Farmers and Merchants State Bank offers its customers an Internet Banking
(Home Banking) Service. This service permits you to perform the following
transactions using your home computer:

You may make balance inquiries
on your Checking, Savings, Now, Money Market and Loan Accounts.

You will have access to your
account history and up to 12 months of Account Statements that you may
download into a Personal Finance Manager, such as Quicken or Money.

You may transfer funds between
your Checking and Savings accounts, Checking and Money Market accounts,
Savings and NOW accounts, NOW and Money Market Accounts. You may make
payments to your Loan Accounts from any one of your Deposit Accounts held at
United Farmers & Merchants State Bank.

You may request a Stop Payment
for a charge of $25.00 per Stop Payment. You must stop at the Morris
Office to sign your stop payment within 14 calendar days after your request
has been sent to us, or it will be null and voided.

You may request to have a
Money Order ready for pickup the next business day at any one of our
convenient locations. There will be a $5.00 Charge per check ordered.
A mailing Fee of $1.50 may apply if you choose to have the Money Order
mailed to you.
